The fluffy white material fell to the marble floor, filling in every nook and cranny of the hard uncomfortable chair. I played with the cloth flower on my dress, trying to get the smell of medication, soild bedding and sicknessout of my mind. I wiped my irritated face, only getting a handfull of sweat and run make-up. The feel cool and slime, unpleasant. i wiped it on the cloth, turning the flawless white a color not even Crayola had a name for. I wet my pale once vibrant pink lips, moisturizing them. Only to taste the smells I had been trying to avoid. “Miles, here’syour coffee.” I looked up to see Demi in her pale green bridesmaids’ dress. Her hair falling from it’s origingal up -do and her make-up looked smudged and out of place. I reached out taking the coffe, wrapping both hands around it, collecting the warmth. The smell was impowering, thankfully overpowering the aroma’s i had been trying to rid. I brought the cup to my lips, soon withdrew. I had lost my appitite. I set it down on the table, shifting a stack of magazines; causing one to fall.Bending down , struggling over the poofs and flowers. Reluctantly I grabbed it carelessly tossing it in the chair beside me, the view then hit me. I took the glossy object into my french manicured hands. “The happiest day of our life.” I questioned to quote. . Was that the way to explain your wedding day? It sounded exaggerated and the people looked posed. They looked like a human /barbie and Ken. I hated them . True I had no idea who they where, but they took this for granted. They were models who got paid to sit there and act like they where getting married. Just another day at work. I tossed the magazing with force to the right of me, I went back to the cloth flower. “Mr. Nicholas Jerry Jonas?” I looked up to see a doctor in blur scrubs, splattered with red, indicating they ad just come from the operating room. Looking to my left I saw the whole Jonas clane stand up and walk over to the waiting doctor. I tried to stand, but to my suprise it wasn’t because of the puffy dress but because my knees where locked. i attempted again, this time succeeding, but then my worst fear was reality at that moment. They all turned, and their faces said it all. Demi and Joe slid down the wall sobbing and holding onto eachother, unaware that their sobs where the man cause for the noiseywaiting room. Danielle cried again causing what was left of her make-up to be swept away by a flow of tears. I fell, landing in a meadow of poof. My vision became blury and my skin wet. I bagan shaking as my world broke all around me, going back to previous hours when things where fine. The feel of arms around be, steadying my shaking body, made me look up, to see Demi and Danielle. Their words where muted by the sound of my blood rushing through my ears. I soon was jealous of the couple on the magazine. Even if they where a fake couple they had what was taken from me at that moment….The perfect wedding…
